07 pieces for Days of Weeks start on.
Step 2 : If you want to the have the printed version then you have to first create the Layout in MS Word. Or else you can design by Pen and Sketch Colors.

2b) Go to Page Layout tab.
2c) Click on Size then click More Paper Sizes.
2d) Set Width : 4.135" , Height : 5.845"

Printed Method
2a) Open MS Word.
2b) Go to Page Layout tab.
2c) Click on Size then click More Paper Sizes.
2d) Set Width : 4.135" , Height : 5.845"
2e) Click OK
So this will the page layout of 1/4 of an A4 sheet Paper.
2f) Now arrange the margins and write the current year (2013).
2g) Now write the names of month as shown in the image below.
2h) Now here comes the most designing work. The main part of the calendar - Dates. So to make the dates just refer to the process of next step.
Step 3 : To create the date area follow down.
3a) Insert Table (7x6) layout.
3b) Put the days of week and dates as shown below.
Step 3 : To create the date area follow down.
3a) Insert Table (7x6) layout.
3b) Put the days of week and dates as shown below.
3c) Repeat Step (3a) and (3b) six times more, but here you have to put the date 1 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday correspondingly. For detail see the image below.
Step 4 : Now you have to design the layout of the date area. For that you have to once again see the image on the top of this blog, See how the font size and spacing managed. Now follow the below steps.
4a) Re align the margins so that the borders to table do not touch the page border.
4b) Select the first table.
4c) Go to Design tab and choose any layout of your choice. Also do any modification like removing the borders, color setups etc.
4d) Make the font larger, and choose the font you like. Also manage the positioning of the table as shown in the pic.
Note : Make sure to keep some space below.
4e) Repeat step 4c and 4d for rest of the table, And make them to look the same.
Step 5 : After all editing and designing are done. You are ready to print them out. Now put all the 20 pieces of papers you made at the beginning. Make sure to put the papers at the proper place. (Use the printer manual to see how to put the page if the pages are small or else see the image below).
Step 6 : After finished with your printing Job, Now you have to cut the pages.
- Year Page should not be cut.
- Month page should have a cut on the top right corner reserved for year.
- Date page should have to cut up the upper area reserved for month and year.
Step 7 : After finishing the cutting job, its time to make the frame for it. so you have to use the cardboard and some chart papers to make it.
7a) Cut a cardboard piece slightly bigger than the pages. Now wrap it with a chart paper bu putting gum. (Here we use black chart paper.)
7b) On the below side of the cardboard you have to make a page holder so that it holds the pages. For that use the same cardboard, cut it like as shown in the pic. and just with the help of extra chart paper pieces make a hole to put the pages. (See Images)
7c) Now for demo put the pages and see how it looks.
Step 8 : so how to set the calendar to the current date is a little bit tricky. But once you know the way it will be easy for you later on.
8a) Things to know :
the months which have 30's and 31's
8b) for the very beginning. You have to know, on what day the month starts. In our case lets take example of July 2013. In july 2013 the month starts on Monday.
8c) You have to place the date page at the top which contains date 1 on Monday.
8d) similarly place the July on top in the month section.
8c) And at last put the year page at the last.
8d) Now put them in the frame. And you are done.
Step 9 : So when the month ends you have to change it too. so how to change here it is.
9a) Changing the month section is quite easy just switch to the name of current month.
9b) but changing the date area is little bit different. To change it you have to keep in mind of the month having 30's and 31's.
9c) So lets take an example to change. Suppose today is 31st July 2013. so today's day is Wednesday. That means tomorrow it will be Thursday with day 1. so while changing the month tomorrow, we have to put the date page which consists 1 on Thursday. and this way it applies to all other month. Just you have to follow that what was the last day of previous and on that basis you have to choose card for day 1 of current month.
